To ensure the highest level of security and transparency for our global partners, BassamComex operates exclusively with secure, internationally recognized banking instruments. All financial instruments must be Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, and Confirmed Prime World Bank.
Accepted Payment Mechanisms:
DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit): Operative, Irrevocable, and Confirmed DLC (MT700) payable 100% at sight against shipping documents at the loading port.
SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit): Operative and Irrevocable SBLC (MT760) issued as a payment guarantee, following UCP 600 or ISP98 standards.
MT103 (Telegraphic Transfer): Direct wire transfers are accepted for specific transaction tranches or spot orders as defined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Note: We do not accept instruments from banks that are not on the approved Prime Bank list or those under international sanctions.
To maintain the integrity of our supply chain and ensure transactional security, BassamComex operates under a standardized four-stage protocol:
Issuance of LOI: The Buyer submits a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) on company letterhead, including full corporate coordinates, product specifications, and target destination.
Issuance of FCO: Upon successful due diligence, BassamComex issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) detailing technical specifications, logistics schedules, and finalized pricing.
Submission of ICPO & RWA: The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) accompanied by a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) letter to demonstrate financial capacity.
SPA Execution & Performance Bond: Both parties sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Following the activation of the Buyer’s financial instrument, the Seller issues a 2% Performance Bond (PB) to guarantee delivery and secure the contract.
We offer comprehensive logistics solutions tailored to our clients' global requirements. Our operations are strictly governed by Incoterms® 2020 standards. We primarily facilitate shipments under the following terms:
FOB (Free On Board) : We manage all domestic logistics, export documentation, and loading formalities until the goods are secured on the vessel.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We assume full responsibility for the cost of goods, marine insurance (minimum Institute Cargo Clauses), and ocean freight to your designated discharge port.
Absolutely. Halal integrity is a core pillar of our operations. Through our strategic partnership with the leading Islamic Authorities in Brazil (accredited by GSO, JAKIM, and MUI), we provide a 100% guarantee that all animal protein exports are strictly compliant with Sharia Law and international Halal standards.
Our certification protocol includes:
Strict Slaughtering Compliance: Direct supervision by certified Muslim slaughterers.
Full Traceability: Every shipment is accompanied by a Halal Certificate issued by an accredited Brazilian Islamic body.
Logistical Integrity: Ensuring zero cross-contamination throughout the entire supply chain, from the processing plant to the destination port.
While technical parameters (such as moisture, polarization, or breakage %) are defined according to the specific grade requested in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), we enforce a rigorous verification protocol for every shipment:
Independent Third-Party Inspection: Every cargo is subject to mandatory inspection by world-renowned agencies such as SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas.
Certification at Loading: We provide official certificates for Weight, Quality, and Quantity issued at the port of loading. These documents ensure the product meets 100% of the contract specifications before the vessel departs.
Strict Export Standards: All agricultural products are sourced from mills and producers that comply with Brazilian export regulations and international food safety standards.
We do not authorize the release of payment instruments until the independent inspection report confirms the cargo is compliant.
